What does the rate of property fee mean?
Property fee rate refers to the proportional relationship between property fee and construction area. Property fee refers to the monthly or annual expenses that owners need to pay for maintaining and managing residential areas or property buildings, including public facilities maintenance fee, security service fee, greening maintenance fee, cleaning fee, etc.
The rate of property fees is usually calculated on a per square meter basis. For example, if the property fee rate is 10 yuan/m2/month, then the owner needs to pay 100 yuan * 100 yuan/m2/month = 1000 yuan.
The rate of property fees can be different according to different regions, different property projects and different management standards. Generally speaking, the higher the property fee rate, the more comprehensive and detailed the service content of property management, but the property fee that the owner needs to pay will also increase accordingly.
