Zizhu County of Poly Lion Lake is a 70-year-old residential project developed by Poly Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., located at Xiang 'an North Road 168 in Xindu District.

Project support:

Convenient transportation: Beijing-Kunming Expressway, Chengdu-Ring Expressway, Third Ring Road, Hak-Rim Paek Interchange and Chengjinqing Expressway are convenient for self-driving travel;

Commercial facilities: bring your own community merchants and poly lion lake farmer's market, which is convenient for living and shopping;

Educational facilities: Liangsheng Primary School, Xindu Mulan Middle School and Hongshi Primary School;

Supporting environment: The total planning of the project is about 8,000 mu, of which 4,000 mu is used for ecological construction: wetland park is about 3,000 mu, ecological lake area 1 1,000 mu, and the overall water area is more than 3,000 mu.
