The client irrevocably guarantees to Beijing Poly and the buyer that 1 has the ownership or legal right to dispose of the auction object, and the auction of the auction object will not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests (including copyright) of any third party, nor will it violate the provisions of relevant laws and regulations. 2. As far as it knows, it has disclosed and explained the source and defects of the auction items to Beijing Poly in a comprehensive and detailed way, without any concealment or fiction. Except for the auction items with no reserve price agreed between Beijing Poly and the client, all the auctions have reserve prices. Unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Beijing Poly, the customer authorizes Beijing Poly to deduct the holding amount of 10% of the hammer price and other expenses. If the auction price of the auction item is lower than the reserve price and the transaction fails, the client authorizes Beijing Poly to charge it unpaid handling fees and other fees. The handling fee for non-auction is 3% of the reserve price of auction. After the auction is completed, unless otherwise agreed between the client and Beijing Poly, the client shall pay the insurance premium equivalent to hammer price 1%. If the auction object is not sold, the trustor shall also pay the insurance premium equivalent to the reserve price 1%.

If the buyer has paid all the purchase price to Beijing Poly in accordance with Article 48 of Beijing Poly Auction Rules, Beijing Poly shall pay the sales proceeds to the customer in RMB within 35 days after the auction date.

If the auction fails, the client shall take back the auction object (the packaging and handling fees shall be borne by himself) within one month from the date of receiving the notice from Beijing Poly, and pay the unpaid handling fees and other expenses to Beijing Poly.
