How to install the network cable?

The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. Open the network cable first, then buy a wireless router, and then you can install the settings. Connect the router to the power supply and plug the network cable into the WAN interface (usually blue). When you buy a router, you will bring your own network cable, plug one end of it into the LAN interface (any port will do), and plug the other end into the computer network cable interface to install it.

The next step is to set it up. Enter the address in the browser: "192.168.5438+0.1".

3. After the website is opened, a dialog box will pop up and enter the corresponding user name and password. Generally, the newly purchased user name is "admin", and the password is the default. Click OK.

4. After entering the home page, there is a "Setup Wizard" on the left menu bar, just click it. Click Next-select the first option (let the router automatically select the Internet access mode)-and enter the Internet access account and password (that is, the Internet access account and password given by the operator when you open the network cable).

5. After the account number and password are correctly entered, proceed to the next step, and set the basic parameters and security password of the wireless router, as shown in the figure: wireless status is ON, SSID is the account displayed when connecting to the wireless network, and you can use the default or set one yourself, with the channel "Automatic", mode "1bng mixed" and broadband "Automatic".

The most important PSK password setting, this is a setting, if you don't set a password, people around you can use it for free, and it will affect your own network speed.

The password is more than 8 digits, preferably in the form of letters and numbers. If it is a simple number, it is said that many softwares brought in the mobile phone can be automatically cracked. High technology is terrible.

6. After setting the above steps, click OK. At this point, the wireless router is set up.
