In any of the following circumstances, citizens, legal persons or other organizations may make complaints and reports:

5. Failing to separate fines from payment, misappropriating or disposing of confiscated property without authorization.

Responsibilities of the Education Bureau:

1. Fully implement the educational principles, policies and regulations of the Party and the state, study and formulate specific principles and policies for ethnic education, and organize their implementation.

2, study and formulate the national education development plan and annual development plan, formulate the focus, scale, speed and steps of education development, organize, guide and coordinate the implementation of the national education development plan, annual plan, education system reform and school-running system reform.
