The role of property management convention

The purpose of signing the Convention on Property Management is to clarify the rights and obligations of post-sale housing development enterprises, buyers and property management enterprises on property management, and to reduce and avoid disputes. At the same time, once a dispute occurs, it can also be used as a basis for resolving disputes. Therefore, a few days ago, the Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Housing issued a document requesting developers to submit property management conventions for approval before selling houses; When selling houses, developers, buyers and property management companies shall sign a letter of commitment to abide by the convention; When handling pre-sale registration or transaction transfer procedures, a letter of commitment signed by the three parties to jointly abide by the convention should be submitted. At the same time, the Municipal Bureau of Land and Housing Management also issued a model text of the Convention and a letter of commitment.
