Heating enterprises should reply to complaints within 1 hour after receiving the residents' call for repair, carry out on-site temperature measurement, adjustment and maintenance within 6 hours, and make the residents' home room temperature reach the standard within 4 hours. If it is not repaired within 24 hours, the heating fee from the date of repair to the time when the room temperature reaches the standard will be refunded in proportion.
