How to be a good owner representative

First, to be a good representative of the owners, we must first ensure that we are the owners of this community, and secondly, we must be enthusiastic about public welfare undertakings and have good conduct. You should also meet the following conditions:

(1) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(2) Abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state;

Second, the Property Management Regulations stipulate that:
