Project scale of Jinhongqiao International Center

Jinhongqiao International Center is designed by John Portman Architects (USA) and East China Institute of Architecture. The main building is a 1 Grade-A office building with a "door" shape (30 floors above ground, 4 floors underground, with a height of 1 44m), while the skirt building is a1business center and an inner street (2 floors underground, 4 floors above ground, with a height of 20m).

Jinhongqiao International Center is located at the intersection of Maotai Road and Loushanguan, with an area of 35,500 square meters and a total construction area of about 260,000 square meters. Jinhongqiao International Center is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangjin APP Group, a Fortune 500 company. It is a modern urban complex integrating office, hotel and business. Among them, Guangjin Green Pavilion, a shopping center located in Jinhongqiao International Center, has a construction area of about 85,000 square meters and the theme is Fashion Life Shopping Center. The second floor underground is for life and fashionable food, the first floor underground is for children's world and fine clothes, the first floor is for fashion world and famous watches and jewels, the second floor is for ladies' paradise and trend front, the third floor is for ladies' kitchen and entertainment time, and the fourth floor is for elegant gardens and western-style bars.
