How to charge the residential charging fee into the electricity meter?

There are several ways to charge a residential electricity meter:

1. You can recharge in the city service on your mobile phone, open the settings of your mobile phone, click the city service, click the living payment, select the electricity fee, enter the user number, check the payment agreement, and click Next to enter the payment interface.

2. Take the charging card of the Electric Power Bureau to China Industrial and Commercial Bank to buy electricity. After buying home, insert the card into the card slot under the meter and rush in when the red light flashes.
