Can the property be fined if it does not quit the urban management?

The new edition of the Regulations on Property Management in Sichuan Province (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations, which will be implemented on May 1 day, 2022) clearly stipulates that the penalty shall be 1 10,000 yuan per day.

Article 68 of the Regulations stipulates: "After the property service contract is dissolved or terminated, the property service provider shall not refuse to quit and handle the handover on the grounds that the owner has not paid the property fee, the stage work has not been completed, the owner has objections to the same decision, and other disputes have not been resolved, and shall not obstruct the new property service provider from entering the service for any reason."
