Article 42 The charging standards for the training and examination of special operators shall be uniformly formulated by the safety production supervision and management departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in conjunction with the departments responsible for the examination and certification of special operators in coal mines or designated institutions, and shall be implemented after being reported to the price and finance departments of the people's governments at the same level for approval.
