Residential parking fees need to be approved by the property management department. Residential parking fees are as follows:

(5) Parking garage design scheme in duplicate (with fresh seal).

(6) Detailed plan of parking garage in duplicate, which shall be examined and approved by the planning department (with official seal).

(7) The management system and safety precautions of vehicle parking, public security and fire control management, and the list of professional management personnel in the parking lot shall be printed in duplicate (with fresh seal).
