What are the rules of monopoly board games?

Before the game starts, shuffle the cards, and then give each player five cards as the hand. The rest of the cards are stacked. Starting with the youngest player, players take turns to play their own game rounds clockwise.

Players draw 2 cards from the top of the deck and add them to their own deck. If the player has no hand, draw five cards from the top of the pile as his hand.

There are three kinds of cards:

-Action cards, including building houses and hotels, collecting money, drawing two more cards, grabbing one or even a whole set of property cards from others, forcing others to exchange property cards, or opposing others' action cards, can also be used as currency cards (but when used as currency, actions cannot be resumed.

-Money card, used to pay rent or other expenses.
