Overview of Xinyuan International Project

The community consists of 22 33-storey high-rise buildings, 1 18-storey small high-rise buildings and 3 multi-storey garden houses, with a design of more than 5,000 households, which truly belongs to a large comprehensive community. The apartment area is 70-140m2, and the main apartment is 80-90m2, with exquisite two rooms. 2.9-meter-high and wide indoor space, and some of them also present oversized indoor gardens, which are comfortable to live in and value for money.

Xinyuan International City Garden has invested heavily to build exquisite gardens, ingeniously introduced the natural flowing water of Wusong River with water as the main element, and permeated water into every landscape, creating a pattern of "five major theme gardens" and "three major landscape groups". Relying on the excellent position in the first row of Wusong River, 80% of the houses have a good view of the river, and the river view is brought into the landscape life on a large scale to realize high-quality riverside life.

The project plans to build 22 33-storey high-rise buildings, 1 18-storey high-rise buildings and 3 4-storey multi-storey garden houses. The supporting commercial area near Greenland Avenue is about 1 10,000 square meters.
