Xiamen Jianfa arrested several people.

On August 23, four real estate executives (or former executives) were investigated one after another, involving enterprises including China Resources Land, China Resources Group, Xiamen Jianfa Group, the largest state-owned enterprise in Xiamen, and Shenzhen Talent Housing Group Co., Ltd., the largest housing enterprise in Shenzhen. It is rare that four real estate tycoons were investigated on the same day.

Four people were investigated.

Zhuang Yuekai, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Xiamen Jianfa Group Co., Ltd., secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Jianfa Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., is suspected of serious violation of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Supervision Committee of Xiamen Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection.

Shi Zhen, member of the Party Committee of Xiamen Jianfa Group Co., Ltd., secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Xiamen Jianfa Chengfu Development Co., Ltd., is suspected of serious violation of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Supervision Committee of Xiamen Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection.
