Registration method

1. Primary school enrolment

(1) Registration time for first-grade primary school enrollment: July 6-10. 2. Junior high school enrollment

"Registration Form" in duplicate, one for the primary school and one for the education department before July 8th (the primary school directly under the municipal government will be sent to the Basic Education Department of the Municipal Education Bureau, and the subordinate schools will be sent to the Basic Education Department of the Municipal Education Bureau after being audited by the District Education Bureau).

(4) Primary school graduates will register in the junior high school of their school district on July 15-19 with student registration form, primary school quality report, household registration book, property ownership certificate, proof of parents' work unit and other related materials; All junior high schools should receive a concise registration form from the Basic Education Department of the Municipal Education Bureau before July 5, and set up a leading group for school enrollment, carefully examine students' admission qualifications, and fill in the concise registration form. (5) The junior high school directly under the municipal government shall register at the Basic Education Department of the Municipal Education Bureau before August 20th with a concise registration form signed by the evaluation team of the Municipal Education Bureau. The registration time for schools affiliated to counties and districts is August 20th-25th.

(6) Before August 25th, all junior high schools will issue new admission notices; August 30 -3 1, new students register, September 1 classes.

3. Children of migrant workers and children of urban low-income families attend school.

(1) All migrant workers who buy houses in this city and have already moved in enjoy the treatment of citizens, and their school-age children are enrolled in the school district where the houses are located.

(2) The children of migrant workers who have not purchased housing in this city enter school, and their parents or other legal guardians hold their ID cards, residence permits, household registration books, children's identification certificates and children's vaccination certificates for inspection by the original vaccination unit. In line with the third provisions of the division of school districts in some schools in Xiangshan compulsory education stage, the school shall make proper arrangements to apply to the relevant schools.

(3) Children of urban low-income families who fail to obtain the real estate license for some reason need to apply to the community where they live. The community will provide valid low-income certificates, and the housing management department will provide proof of no real estate, which will be reported to the school district where the household registration is located for review. The school arranges admission after investigation and verification and publicity without objection.

4. Private school enrollment

(1) Private schools that enroll students in compulsory education must have a school license, otherwise they may not enroll students.

(2) The enrollment of private schools is conducted under the unified guidance of the local education authorities. All private schools should strictly abide by the Law on the Promotion of Private Education and the relevant provisions of the provincial and municipal education authorities, strictly regulate the enrollment behavior, strictly implement the approved enrollment plan, and consciously safeguard the enrollment order and discipline. Their enrollment methods, enrollment plans, enrollment brochures and advertising materials must be examined and approved by the local education authorities before they can be publicized and released.

(3) School-age children who voluntarily attend private schools should register directly in private schools.
