When can the expressway be built in Shidong Village, Dafanpo, Qinzhou City, Guangxi?

I don't think construction will start soon.

According to the latest Decision on Granting Administrative License (Approval) issued by Qinzhou Municipal People's Government (20210/05), Qinzhou Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau agreed to temporarily occupy the collective forest land areas of Maopo Village and Shenping Village in Dafanpo Town, Qinnan District of Qinzhou City by adding temporary land for the road project from Qinzhou Beibu Gulf Avenue to Qinzhou Industrial Park in Ma Zhong.

Qinzhou, which belongs to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the south coast of Guangxi and the north bank of Beibu Gulf. It is connected with Beihai City and Yulin City in the east, Qinzhou Bay in the south, Fangchenggang City in the west and Nanning City in the north. It is a land and sea transportation hub of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, a convenient sea passage in the southwest of China, and a frontier city of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. Qinzhou, formerly known as Qinlian Special Zone, governs four genera of Qinlian in Guangdong Province (Qinzhou, Hepu, Fangcheng and Lingshan) and is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. From July 2065438 to July 2007, the government official website showed that Qinzhou has two municipal districts and two counties. Shidong Village is located in Dafanpo Village, Dafanpo Town, Qinnan District, Qinzhou City.
