Can a house sales contract be accompanied by a property agreement?

Housing sales contracts do not include real estate contracts. A house sale contract refers to a contract in which the seller delivers the house, transfers the ownership of the house to the buyer, and the buyer pays the price. Property contract refers to the service contract in which the property service enterprise maintains, conserves, manages and repairs the environmental sanitation and public order in the relevant area, and the owner pays the remuneration.

Article 34 of the Regulations on Property Management

The owners' committee shall conclude a written realty service contract with the realty service enterprise selected by the owners' congress. Property service contracts shall stipulate property management matters, service quality, service fees, rights and obligations of both parties, management and use of special maintenance funds, property management premises, contract term, liability for breach of contract, etc.

Article 595 of the Civil Code

A sales contract is a contract in which the seller transfers the ownership of the subject matter to the buyer and the buyer pays the price.
