Qingdao Ocean Tower "Twin Towers" project is located at No.61Hong Kong Middle Road, opposite to Dongtai Jiashike, and adjacent to Qingdao International Finance Center, the tallest building in Qilu. It is the core area of Qingdao East New District, belongs to the political, economic and cultural center of Qingdao, and is a naturally formed CBD area along Hong Kong Middle Road.

The "Twin Towers" project covers an area of 22,000 square meters, with a total construction area of135,000 square meters. The main building is two 29-story towers with a height of about 100 m and three floors underground. The total investment is about 1 1 one hundred million yuan.

The project construction is divided into two stages. In the first phase, a 29-story Grade A office building will be built, which is mainly used as the shipping dispatching command center of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Company, the Shandong regional headquarters of COSCO Logistics and COSCO Container Transportation, and the shipping information center, and a number of internationally renowned multinational companies and financial and insurance institutions will be stationed. The second phase is a 29-story five-star hotel. Upon completion, Ocean Building and Sunshine Building will jointly form Ocean Plaza Complex, which will not only provide first-class office space for shipping agencies, but also become another landmark complex in Qingdao.

East Tower Ocean Building is a 5A-level intelligent office building. The foundation stone was laid on October 25th, 2004/KLOC-0, and the main body was capped on June 30th, 2006. The project is expected to be completed by the end of this year. After it is put into use, it will be entrusted to duesman Company, the largest private property management company in the world. On the west side, an internationally renowned brand hotel will be built after the existing Ocean Hotel is demolished, and the hotel project will be fully started before the end of the year.
