Must-see before decoration: management measures for residential interior decoration

"Administrative Measures for Interior Decoration of Residential Buildings" (OrderNo. People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry of Construction 1 10), without approval, the decorators engaged in interior decoration of residential buildings shall not perform the following acts: (1) Building buildings and structures; (two) to change the facade of the house and open the doors and windows on the non-load-bearing external wall; (3) Dismantling heating pipelines and facilities; (four) the demolition of gas pipelines and facilities.

Must see before renovation.

It is best to have drawings and report them to the residential property management office and the decoration supervisor. If so, they can only implement it after approval.
