2. Interview. Those who take part in the written test will be interviewed according to the ratio of 1:3, and the last person with the same score will be the interview candidate. If it is lower than the prescribed proportion, it shall be calculated according to the actual number of participants in the written test (the written test score must be within the minimum qualified score). If the interview is conducted directly, those who pass the registration qualification examination will be the interview finalists.

The interview is conducted in a structured way, with a percentage system, scoring on the spot, and scoring on the spot (the interview results are kept at 2 decimal places, and the third decimal place is rounded off). (5) Employment

If there is no objection or the problems reflected at the expiration of the publicity period do not affect the selection and employment, the transfer and employment procedures shall be handled according to relevant procedures. The transferred personnel shall terminate the employment relationship with the original employing unit and re-sign the employment contract with the transferred unit.
