I. Acceptance criteria for pipeline acceptance

1, water supply and drainage pipeline

(1) The quality of water supply and drainage pipes and fittings must meet the standard requirements, and the drainage pipes are made of hard PVC drainage pipes and fittings.

(2) Check whether the original pipeline is unblocked before construction, and then check whether the pipeline is unblocked after construction. Hidden water supply pipes should be inspected for water supply, and newly installed water supply pipes must be pressurized according to relevant regulations without leakage. Only after passing the inspection can we enter the next working procedure.

(3) Before construction, the water pipeline shall be temporarily closed to prevent sundries from entering the pipeline.

(4) When installing a water supply pipe with an outer diameter of less than 25mm, pipe clamps should be installed at the corner, water meter, faucet or angle valve and at the pipe terminal 100mm, and the pipe clamps should be installed firmly. Pipes are connected with threads, and exposed threads are required at the joints. After installation, it should be fixed with pipe clamp in time, and there should be no looseness between pipeline and pipe fittings or valves.

(8) Pipeline layout should meet the design requirements, pipeline installation should be fixed firmly without looseness, faucets and valves should be installed smoothly, open flexibly, the water outlet should be unblocked, and the water meter should operate normally. Through visual inspection and feel acceptance.

(9) There shall be no leakage at the joints between roads and appliances and pipelines. Check whether there is leakage by water, visual inspection and hand feeling.

2. Gas pipeline

(1) pressure test

Pressure test is a test that uses air compressor to fill compressed air into gas pipeline, and uses air pressure to detect the compactness of pipeline interface and material. According to the inspection purpose, it is divided into strength test and air tightness test.

(2) Strength test

Strength test is to test the tightness of pipe joints (including pipes) with high air pressure. The test pressure depends on the pipeline gas transmission pressure grade and pipeline material. In general, the test pressure is 1 of the design gas transmission pressure. 5 times, but the steel pipe shall not be less than 0.3Mpa, the plastic pipe shall not be less than 0.65438±0 MPa, and the cast iron pipe shall not be less than 0.05Mpa.

(3) Air tightness test

Air tightness test is to test the tightness of pipes and joints by air pressure under similar gas transmission conditions. Therefore, the air tightness test should be carried out after all gas pipelines are installed. If it is buried, it must be backfilled to 0.5m above the pipe top.

Second, the correct procedures for pipeline acceptance

Pipeline engineering includes gas pipeline, water supply and drainage pipeline, air pipeline, etc. The construction quality of these pipelines directly affects our daily life and must be carefully checked and accepted. Pipeline acceptance procedures are as follows:

1, check whether the gas meter is installed, whether the gas alarm is installed, whether the natural gas enters the house, check the number of the gas meter, record it with paper, and deduct it when paying the gas later. Whether to set a dedicated exhaust pipe.

2. When checking the pipeline gas, you can use cigarette paper to smoke near the alarm device to see if the alarm device is sensitive. At the same time, the alarm acousto-optic prompts to close the intake solenoid valve. If it is not sensitive, repair it in time.

3. See if there are floor drains or downpipes on the balcony. Pour some water into the floor drain to see if the water is smooth. Although the floor drain is small, its function cannot be underestimated. If there is no floor drain and outlet pipe on the balcony when it rains heavily, the rain will overflow into the living room, which will bring great trouble to the owner's life.

4, outlet, gutter, downspout installation is firm, whether the interface is flat, dense and not leaking.

5. Check whether the house is clean, whether there is any construction waste residue, and whether there is garbage in all open-air pipeline spaces.

6, the kitchen and bathroom should be close to the ventilation pipe. Kitchen and bathroom should be arranged near ventilation pipes, which is conducive to the rapid discharge of odor, waste gas and other gases and keep indoor air clean. Light it with a paper roll, and put it under the smoke crossing 10 cm to see if the smoke rises to the smoke crossing and immediately turn around and suck it away.

7. Leave a vent under the ceiling of the bathroom. When staying on the ceiling, use the hand lamp to see if it can be installed, and at the same time measure the pumping force by method. 8. Check the pipeline installation, smoothness and tightness: shake the heating pipe and water supply pipe by hand and fix them firmly. If it is loose, it should be fixed again. Three. Matters needing attention in pipeline acceptance

1. Water pipe: galvanized pipe shall have at least 8 twisted teeth, and the raw material belt shall be tightly wound for more than 6 times, and tooth rot is not allowed. Pay attention to the installation of plastic pipes or aluminum-plastic pipes with special tools, operate in strict accordance with regulations, and finally conduct pressure test (the pressure test time is more than 24 hours).

2. Pay attention to the wall when discharging water pipes, and don't go to the floor, floor tiles or high-altitude discharge. If you must walk under the floor and floor tiles, the installation of water pipes must be straight, and joints are not allowed. The valves should be installed on the ground, and the water inlet pipe of the bucket should be installed with triangle valve.

3, the discharge of electrical lines, in addition to the hollow floor, but also wear pipes, such as PVC pipes, the wall thickness is not less than 65438±0.2mm ... Pay attention to the wall when paying off the wires, and don't walk under the floor or floor tiles.

4, gas (natural gas) to use open pipe, slope control, joint with hemp thick white paint, don't use raw material belt, but also for gas detection.

1, water supply and drainage works. Because galvanized pipes are easy to rust, scale, and freeze crack without heat preservation, they will be eliminated. At present, the most widely used are aluminum-plastic composite pipes, plastic steel pipes and PPR pipes. These pipes have good plasticity and toughness, and do not crack and scale when they are kept warm. They use special copper joints or thermoplastic joints to ensure quality and consume less energy.

First of all, check whether the upper and lower water pipes are unobstructed, turn on the faucet to drain water and see if there is any leakage or blockage. Then look at the water pressure, observe whether the drainage speed is ideal, take a glass of water and put it under the faucet, and pay attention to whether there is rust. If you think there is a problem with the quality of water supply, you can ask the developer to provide the water quality inspection certificate issued by the epidemic prevention department; Observe whether the position of water supply and drainage pipeline is reasonable and whether there are traces of water seepage around it. Leaking places usually leave stains on the wall, which can be found by careful inspection.

2, electrical pipeline engineering.
