What if the property deposit is not refunded?

5. If no settlement can be reached through negotiation, rights can be protected through the following three ways: first, feedback to the relevant departments of the Land and Housing Management Bureau in the jurisdiction; second, reflection to the relevant departments of the real estate in the jurisdiction; and third, prosecution of the residential property through legal channels, requesting a refund of the decoration deposit.
