The price of non-resident central heating is calculated according to the actual lease or property-owned construction area.

The owner can inquire about the contract signed with the property whether the heating and pressurization fee of the residential area is charged, because the pressurization involves the electricity fee and the operation of related equipment. As an industry supervision department, it only guides and conveys the documents of provincial and municipal authorities.

The so-called heating pressurization fee is actually the cost of electricity, machine wear and replacement, labor and so on. The pressure of hot water provided by the heating company can only reach 6 stories high. For residential buildings with more than 6 floors, the property needs secondary pressurization, so we charge secondary pressurization fees for households with more than 7 floors. As for the charging standard in 3 yuan, it is calculated according to a heating season, in which the power consumption of booster pumps and labor are shared equally. If the residents do not agree to pay the heating and pressurizing fee, the property will close the pressurizing pump, and residents can go to the heating company to negotiate to solve the heating and pressurizing problem on the seventh floor.
