Our community pays property fees every month, as well as elevator fees, sanitation fees and public lighting fees. Is this reasonable?

The property that can be collected with the approval of the local price bureau must follow the principle of earmarking, refunding more and replenishing less, and the accounts must be made public once every six months, subject to the supervision of the owners and the owners' committee. If the property fee is lower than the local average, I think it is reasonable, otherwise it is unreasonable.
