Chengdu property management charging standard: The charging standard of property management service should follow the principle of reasonableness and openness, and be implemented according to the following provisions according to the content, quality, depth and social affordability of the service:

A) The public service projects of standard residential quarters of ordinary buildings shall be priced by the government.

B) High-standard public service projects in residential quarters and high-rise buildings shall be subject to government-guided prices.

C) Special services shall be priced by the operator.

The charging standards in items (1) and (2) shall be formulated by the Municipal Price Bureau jointly with the municipal property management department.

Property management service fees shall be charged to the owners by the property management company according to the regulations. If the owner and the user agree that the payment shall be made by the user, such agreement shall prevail.

Public service charges for property management can be collected in advance through consultation between the property management enterprise and the owners' committee, but the period of collection in advance shall not exceed six months.

The property management company shall establish and improve the financial accounting system, publish the income and expenditure of management service fees once every six months, and accept the supervision of the owners' committee and relevant government departments.
