Seventh commercial housing construction area and sales construction area are treated differently.

Eighth commercial housing quality and warranty responsibility
The quality and equipment of the commercial house delivered by Party A meet the relevant national regulations and Party A's commitments (see Annex III). If it does not meet the national standards and commitments, Party A shall bear the responsibility.

If Party A fails to handle the initial registration of house ownership on time or fails to assist Party B in handling the registration of house ownership transfer, thus causing losses to Party B, Party A shall bear the responsibilities.
Article 13 Property management
Regarding the service content and charging standard of property management, Party B shall sign a property management contract with the property management enterprise according to relevant regulations.
Article 14 Agreement on disputes over property rights and disputes over creditor's rights and debts
Party A guarantees that there is no property right dispute and creditor's rights and debts dispute when delivering the Commodity House. In case of disputes over property rights and creditor's rights and debts, Party A shall bear all the responsibilities.
Article 15 Dispute settlement
