Can the owner take the property away?

Eleventh the following matters shall be decided by the owner * * *:

Paragraph 2 of Article 12 When the owners' congress decides the matters specified in Items (5) and (6) of Article 11 of these Regulations, it shall obtain the consent of the owners whose exclusive part accounts for more than 2/3 of the total construction area and more than 2/3 of the total number of people; Other matters stipulated in Article 11 of these regulations shall be decided by the owners whose exclusive parts account for more than half of the total building area and more than half of the total number of people.
