Licang District Government has carried out the implementation, and the community belongs to the commercial housing property management community.

According to the relevant fire regulations prohibiting electric vehicles from charging in the corridor, the property has built a parking shed in the public area of the community, and reserved a charging port for the owners of the community to park electric vehicles, bicycles and other non-motor vehicles. The purpose of the construction is to prevent the fire safety hidden danger existing in the charging of electric vehicles in the corridor.

Through the on-the-spot inspection of the street office, many non-motor vehicles such as electric vehicles and bicycles are parked in the completed parking shed. The carport reflected in the problem was built in front of Building 5, and some owners reported that the construction position was improper, occupying the fire climbing surface of the building. After consulting some owners, the property plans to move to a location close to Building No.6 (in the original parking area, the above-ground parking spaces in the community have been cancelled, realizing the separation of people and vehicles), but some owners of Building No.6 object.

The street office has asked the property to continue to communicate with the owners on the second floor, continue to solicit the rationalization opinions of the owners, and explain to the owners in detail the significance of building the carport and the reasonable reasons for choosing the construction site, and move from the perspective of fire safety and convenience in the community, instead of forced demolition.
