Shell setting

The construction site shall be closed and managed, and a firm, stable and clean hard enclosure shall be adopted. The building enclosure height is 2.5m, the municipal enclosure height is not less than 1.8m, and the subway enclosure height is 2.8m. In principle, the enclosure is mainly white or light gray, and a uniform color enclosure or landscape wall can be set according to the regional and cultural characteristics as the permanent enclosure of the community.

Building construction enclosure can use 24 brick walls, and 37 brick wall columns are set every 5m. The high wall line of 400mm above the column and enclosure elevation is set to dark gray, and the top is covered with gray tile slope.

Municipal construction enclosures are divided into enclosures with a construction period of more than three months, enclosures with a construction period of less than three months and temporary enclosures according to the construction period.

The entrance and exit of the construction site can adopt double doors or automatic telescopic doors. The height and width of gates for building and municipal construction (with a construction period of more than 3 months) are 2m and 4.5m respectively, and simple gates can be set for municipal construction with a construction period of less than 3 months. The height and width of the subway gate are 2.5m and 8 m respectively. The doorpost can be made of steel members with iron or brick structure not lower than the enclosure height. The gate should have the name and logo of the enterprise, and the doorpost is dark gray.

On one side of the gate of the construction site, there should be a special passage for people to enter and exit, and a guard box (area ≥2m2) should be set inside, equipped with access control system and guard, and the guard management system should be established and hung in the guard box. Guards should wear uniforms and perform corresponding duties.

The entrances and exits of the construction site are hardened with concrete, and the hardened pavement thickness is not less than 200mm, and the strength meets the requirements of engineering vehicle transportation. Speed bump, drainage ditch, sewage sedimentation tank, vehicle washing platform and high-pressure washing facilities are set inside the entrance and exit, and sufficient full-time cleaning personnel are equipped. Sewage is discharged as required after it reaches the standard through precipitation. If it is really impossible to set up a vehicle washing platform due to site conditions, cleaning measures should also be taken to ensure that the roads around the front door 100m are clean when the vehicles leave.

Public signs for construction project planning, environmental protection supervision, green energy saving, and earthwork removal should be hung neatly at the obvious position of the construction entrance and exit; Municipal and subway construction entrances and exits should be neatly hung with excavation and occupation road permits, project overview boards, environmental protection supervision bulletin boards and construction nameplates. If there is a special process, add a special process card.

Construction engineering plates are uniformly 1.8m wide and 1.2m high, with black characters on a white background; Municipal and subway engineering drawings are unified as 1.6m wide and 0.9m high, with white characters on a white background; The special craft signboard is 0.9 meters wide and 0.6 meters high, with white characters on a blue background; The emergency rescue engineering drawing is 0.9 meters wide and 0.6 meters high, with black characters on the yellow background.

Chapter IV Maintenance and Management

Before the construction general contractor enters the site, the unit to which the land belongs or the construction unit shall be fully responsible for the site. In accordance with these regulations, enclosures and entrances and exits shall be set up to cover, solidify or afforest bare sites and piled earthwork. Adequate cleaning personnel shall be provided to maintain the environment and sanitation on site.

Before earthwork removal, the construction unit shall complete the relevant procedures in accordance with the regulations, and set up a public notice board for earthwork removal outside the gate of the construction site to provide enterprises, responsible persons, supervision departments and contact numbers for social supervision.

The management department of earthwork sinotrans shall supervise and manage the construction site at the stage of earthwork sinotrans.

The construction unit shall pay the environmental protection measures fee of the construction unit before the general contractor enters the site, and the construction unit shall use special funds to ensure that all environmental protection measures are put in place in time.

After entering the site, the construction general contractor shall take overall responsibility for the environmental sanitation of the construction site, the subcontractor shall obey the management of the general contractor, and the contractor and site personnel shall have the responsibility and obligation to maintain the environmental sanitation of the construction site.

The environmental sanitation management of the construction site shall be incorporated into the preparation of the construction organization design or special planning, and the specific objectives and measures of the environmental sanitation management of the construction site shall be defined.

The general contractor of construction can manage the construction site by means of property management, formulate the property management system and detailed rules for implementation, assign special personnel to work with work cards, conduct regular inspections, strengthen the daily maintenance of environmental sanitation on the construction site, and ensure that the enclosure is beautiful and tidy, and there can be no obvious damage, corrosion, dirt and wild advertisements.

All kinds of advertisements or slogans shall not be set in the enclosure of the construction site.
