The Development Course of Dalian Software Park

1998. —— On June 28th, Dalian Software Park broke ground and started the development of Dalian software industry.

1999.—— Dalian Software Park was recognized as "National Torch Program Software Industry Base" and the opening ceremony was held. -Neusoft Group, the first software enterprise in China, settled in Dalian Software Park, and the "Sun Six" joint activity kicked off. -Singapore Bohan Consulting Co., Ltd., the first foreign-funded enterprise, settled in.

2000.——DLSP Neusoft Institute of Information Technology, Northeastern University, the largest software professional university in China founded by DLSP in cooperation with Neusoft Group, was established ——DLSP established the development goal of "Sino-Japanese software industry cooperation strategic portal" for Dalian Software Park.

200 1.——DLSP held the first software industry investment promotion conference in Japan and achieved success —— Dalian Matsushita Communication Software Co., Ltd. settled in Dalian Software Park, becoming the first top 500 Japanese-funded enterprise.

2002. —— The "GE Building" project undertaken by DLSP in accordance with the "property customization" model started, and GE Financial International Services Asia Group officially settled in Dalian Software Park, becoming the first American-funded enterprise among the top 500 enterprises.

2003.—— The planning of Lushun South Road Software Industry Belt was completed, and the second phase of Dalian Software Park was identified as the core industry project and started construction first. ——DLSP led the enterprises entering the park to hold the "Dalian Software Industry Briefing and the First Job Fair" in Tokyo, Japan, and the roving job fair in the three northeastern provinces was successfully held in the same year.

2004.-The brand strategy of "Dalian Software Park-China IT Outsourcing Center" formulated by DLSP was initially established-the first overseas branch-Dalian Software Park Japan Branch was incorporated in Tokyo, Japan -DLSP pioneered the customer-oriented "BOT" service model.

2005.—— China International Conference on Software and Information Service Outsourcing (CSIO) hosted by DLSP became the first professional conference on service outsourcing in China, and the "China Service Outsourcing Contribution Award" held in the same period attracted the attention of the industry. ——DLSP cooperated with Dalian Information Industry Bureau to plan and organize an international roving recruitment activity for IT talents in Dalian with the theme of "Dalian, the stage of software elites", which has had a wide influence in the world.

2006.——DLSP cooperated with the "Thousands of Projects" of the Ministry of Commerce, and put forward the concept of "China Service" for the first time. -Dalian Software Park became the first city demonstration area of China service outsourcing base.

2007.—— The first phase of Dalian Software Park Phase II Tengfei Park was completed and opened ——DLSP made new progress in national expansion and cooperated with local governments. Suzhou High-tech Software Park and Tianjin Binhai Service Outsourcing Industrial Park have successively carried out cooperative operation and development.

From June 2008 to June 2008, the book Made in China was first published. Based on the success of Dalian Software Park, the book describes the development of Dalian software industry in the past ten years and establishes the authoritative position of Dalian software industry and DLSP in the industry. Facing the sudden financial crisis, Dalian Software Park operated by DLSP went against the trend. In the second half of 2008, Cisco Global Senior Service Center, Japan Property Insurance Group and Nippon Steel were newly introduced.

2009.- Following the successful expansion and operation of Wuhan, Suzhou and Tianjin Software Parks in 2006, DLSP Beijing, Shanghai and Japan offices were established in succession in 2009, and DLSP national brands became prominent. -In the face of the financial crisis, Dalian's software industry has shown a trend against the trend. On April 24th, the foundation stone of Dalian Software Park Custom Building was laid, which will further promote the development of Dalian software industry.

Dalian Software Park-Asia-Pacific Software and Service Innovation Center has become increasingly prominent. -In order to adapt to the new situation and new economic development, the slogan "DLSP leads the future of the city" was established. DLSP has been committed to developing low-energy, pollution-free, high-output software and service outsourcing industry, and building a modern science and technology new city integrating work, education and life.
