Provisions on property management houses: Property management houses should be houses with basic facilities such as water, electricity, lighting and ventilation above the ground. The ownership of the property management house belongs to the owner according to law. Without the consent of the owners' meeting, the property management enterprise shall not change the use of the property management house.
