Look at your agreement. How is it stipulated in the contract?

The late fee charged is not something you can just calculate if you want to collect it now.

The property management fee is calculated on a monthly basis or according to the original negotiation. For example, in June 2007, 1 1 calculated 2/3 of the property management fee. For others, a month counts as a month.

What you can't figure out now is not the property fee and electricity fee, but the late payment fee.

Even though it has been several years since 2008, the late payment fee is calculated by the number of days, not a small amount. So ask your leader if he intends to accept it. If there is negotiation, it will be calculated according to the negotiation result.
