Once the down payment is paid, the previous words don't count.

These things, the house inspection company issued me a four-page rectification report. These problems do not simply affect comfort, such as wires not pressing the panel, drinking fountains without flame retardant materials, roof leakage, air conditioning cabinets without protective bars and so on. This involves security issues. These quality problems can be done well as long as they are serious, not to mention the experienced and branded Xinhualian real estate company! These problems are not only in my home, but also in more than 30 owners I met. Some rectification reports listing problems have written nearly 10 pages.

Fourth, bad attitude. When we reflected the problem to the developers, we didn't expect the facts to be in front of us. They were so tough and so calm. I don't know what made them like this. This is a set of 20000 square meters house, which is the decoration standard of 2000 square meters. This is our painstaking efforts. If the quality is like that, are you not allowed to ask for rectification? ! Later, they promised to give us rectification, but most of them have not been repaired so far, and they are still prevaricated by the lack of workers. There are still many owners who have rented houses, but they can only live with grievances. Many problems can't be fixed at all. For example, the door is crooked and the developer refuses to repair it. Even if you argue fiercely, you still smile and shirk.

Don't we need to guarantee the safety of the owners who moved in first? Don't we have the freedom to go in and out of our own building? ! Third, there is a lack of fire prevention facilities. You can see the fire box in the corridor, but there is no fire prevention facility at all. In winter, if there is an accidental fire and the power goes out, there is no way to save it. There are two buildings with more than 30 floors! Fourth, some of our owners think that the pool area is too large. The carpet area of a house of nearly 90 square meters is only over 50 square meters, and the carpet area of a house of 140 square meters is less than 100 square meters. We found a professional house inspection agency to do it, and the data provided by different house inspection companies are all like this.
