Does the industry Committee have the right to check the financial accounts of the property?

Property is not a government agency, nor an administrative organ, but a service agency hired by the majority of owners, whose duty is to provide services to the owners of residential areas wholeheartedly. There is a legal basis for the owner to ask for public accounts of the property-there is no such thing as taking the employer's money and not reporting it! There used to be an ordinance called Property Management Ordinance, but because property is not management but service, this ordinance is invalid. The new regulation is called "Property Services Ordinance"-where does the management right come from? If the accounts of the property are not made public, you can refuse to pay the property fee or dismiss.
