Property companies are divided into three grades:

First-class qualification: the registered capital is more than 5 million yuan, the number of property managers and technicians is not less than 30, the strict enterprise management system and standards are stipulated, and excellent management performance is achieved;

Second-class qualification: the registered capital is more than 3 million yuan, the number of property managers and technicians is not less than 20, and strict enterprise management systems and standards are stipulated;

Grade III qualification: the registered capital is more than 500,000 yuan, and the number of property managers and technicians is not less than 10.
