Measures of Yantai Municipality on Property Management

On June 10, 2022, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and the Municipal Development and Reform Commission jointly issued "Yantai Ordinary Residential Property Service Level Standard and Scoring Standard" (short for housing [2022]16), which provided standards and basis for determining the property service level of ordinary residential property services in the city. After the publication of the document, it will promote the formation of a property service market price mechanism of "pricing by quality, matching quality with price, high quality and good price", advocate the competitive concept of "competitive price and more competitive service", and improve the operating environment of the property service industry.

On July 1 day, 2022, the Measures for the Management of Credit Information of Property Service Enterprises in Yantai City (J.F. [2022]13) was formally implemented. The "Measures" clarify the specific situation that 9 credit ratings are directly determined as C-level and 6 are directly included in the "blacklist" of integrity in the property field. Take seven incentive measures for property service enterprises with a credit rating of A or above; Disciplinary measures were taken against property service enterprises with a credit rating of C and those included in the "blacklist" of integrity 10. The credit information and credit rating of property service enterprises will be publicized to the public. The credit rating of enterprises will be regarded as an important reference for the implementation of classified supervision, pre-bidding for property services, selection and appointment of property service enterprises by owners' meeting, commendation, selection and promotion, policy support and other activities, and trustworthy incentives and disciplinary actions will be taken.
