Household acceptance is based on the current relevant national engineering construction standards, mainly including residential building codes, concrete structure engineering construction quality acceptance, masonry engineering construction quality acceptance, architectural decoration engineering construction quality acceptance, building ground engineering construction quality acceptance, building water supply and drainage and heating engineering construction quality acceptance, building electrical engineering construction quality acceptance, building energy-saving engineering construction quality acceptance, intelligent building engineering quality acceptance, roof engineering quality acceptance, underground waterproof engineering quality acceptance and other standards and specifications, as well as qualified construction drawing design documents.

Four, household acceptance procedures

Household acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the following procedures:

(a) according to the content of household acceptance and the specific situation of residential projects to determine the inspection location and quantity;

(two) in accordance with the provisions of the current national standards, as well as the contents of household acceptance in a timely manner;

(3) After each house and the specified public parts are accepted, fill in the Household Acceptance Form for Residential Engineering Quality (see annex), which shall be signed by the project leader of the construction unit and the general supervision engineer of the supervision unit respectively;

(four) after the household acceptance, the construction unit must issue a "residential project quality household acceptance form", and as an annex to the "residential quality guarantee", together with the tenants.

Household acceptance is unqualified, and the overall completion acceptance of residential projects cannot be carried out. At the same time, before the overall completion and acceptance of the residential project, the construction unit shall make a project sign, and embed the project name, completion date and the full name of the construction, survey, design, construction and supervision unit in the prominent part of the external wall of the building project.

V. Organization and implementation of household acceptance

Household acceptance shall be applied by the construction unit, organized and implemented by the construction unit, attended by the project leader of the construction unit, the chief supervision engineer of the supervision unit and relevant quality and technical personnel, and the parts and quantities involved shall be inspected and accepted according to the contents of household acceptance. For those who practise fraud, lower the standard or accept unqualified items as qualified items in household acceptance, the relevant units and responsible persons shall be punished according to law and included in the record of bad behavior.

Six, strengthen the leadership of household acceptance work.

Local housing and urban-rural construction departments should formulate detailed rules or management measures for household acceptance according to local conditions, clearly define the work objectives and tasks for improving the quality of residential projects, highlight key points and key links, especially in affordable housing, fully implement the household acceptance system, implement household acceptance work, ensure the structural safety and functional quality of residential projects, and promote the improvement of the overall level of residential project quality.
