The "Regulations on Urban Greening" and its detailed rules for the implementation of the administrative license, the municipal administrative department of urban greening may, according to the actual needs, entrust the district administrative department of urban greening to implement. Roof greening and vertical greening of construction projects shall be calculated according to Articles 11, 12 (3) and 13 of these Rules, and the total greening area shall not exceed 20% of the attached greening area determined by the examination and approval of construction projects. Fifteenth construction units in the completion of the construction project, it shall provide the construction administrative department with the attached greening project confirmation documents issued by the municipal urban greening administrative department; Can not be provided, the construction administrative department shall not be completed and accepted for the record.
