Article 25 of the Measures for the Administration of Affordable Housing

Urban low-income families to apply for the purchase of affordable housing should also meet the following conditions:

(1) Having a local urban hukou;

(three) there is no room or the current housing area is lower than the housing difficulty standard stipulated by the people's government of the city or county.
