According to the national decoration time regulations, decoration is not allowed on Saturday and Sunday, because everyone is resting at home on Saturday and Sunday, and there are many people in the community, so the construction will definitely disturb the people. If it is a weekend construction, which has violated the regulations, you can complain to the residential property and ask for punishment.
