What should I do if I get in the way of parking?

If you encounter random parking on the road, you should report it as follows:

1. If the parked vehicle is found within the jurisdiction of the municipal government, you can directly call the traffic police to report it, contact the owner to tow the vehicle away, and educate and punish the owner's illegal behavior;

2. If the parked vehicle is found in a public place such as a residential area or a large shopping mall, you can directly complain to the property or the administrator and ask the contact person who parked the vehicle to pick up the car as soon as possible;

3. If the parked vehicle is found in the parking area of the company, enterprise or government agency, you can call the logistics security office of the enterprise or unit to report it.

How to deal with illegal parking

1, on-site processing. Generally speaking, three days after receiving the ticket, you go to the local administrative hall with your driver's license, driving license, cash or bank card to pay the fine on the spot;

2. Online processing. Many cities have online police stations, which can be paid by bank card after entering;

3. There is no penalty for illegal parking, usually a fine, but you should see the date on the ticket clearly and don't delay the date, so as to avoid late payment fees and increase economic losses;

4. Ordinary parking lots should be parked in designated parking spaces according to regulations.

Legal basis: Article 93 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.

Anyone who violates the provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations on motor vehicle parking and temporary parking can point out the illegal act, give a verbal warning and order him to leave immediately.

If the driver of a motor vehicle is not at the scene or refuses to leave immediately although he is at the scene, thus obstructing the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, a fine of not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan may be imposed, and the motor vehicle may be towed to a place that does not obstruct the traffic or parked at a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall not charge the parties the trailer fee, and shall inform the parties of the parking place in time.

If the motor vehicle is damaged due to improper traction methods, it shall be liable for compensation according to law.
