In the new regulation of property fees implemented in 202 1, there are three kinds of fees that owners can not pay, which are worthy of attention.
How to charge for the removal and treatment of decoration garbage?
Owners or property users may entrust property service enterprises or removal companies to remove the construction waste generated by the interior decoration of their properties, and bear the removal costs and disposal costs. Property service enterprises cannot charge decoration management fees to owners or property users.
Legal basis: Article 40 of the Regulations on Property Management should follow the principles of reasonableness, openness, and adaptation of fees and service levels, and distinguish the nature and characteristics of different properties. Owners and property service enterprises shall, according to the measures for charging property services formulated by the competent price department of the State Council in conjunction with the competent construction administrative department of the State Council, stipulate in the property service contract. Forty-first owners should pay the property service fee in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract. If the owner and the user of the property agree that the user of the property shall pay the property service fee, the owner shall bear joint and several liability from the agreement.
