In order to ensure that China's P2P industry operates in compliance with laws and regulations, maintain a reasonable, orderly and fair market environment for the P2P industry, strengthen its self-discipline, standardize its operation and employees' behaviors, establish a good image of the P2P industry, promote its healthy operation, improve its technical level and service quality, and achieve its development goals, the Steering Committee of P2P Work of China Guarantee Association hereby formulates this declaration for all members to supervise each other and abide by it.

Build a P2P culture with integrity as the core, spread P2P civilization, devote to the publicity of P2P industry and investor education, and cultivate P2P market. Pay attention to the public's comments on P2P industry behavior and accept its supervision.

Each member unit has the responsibility and obligation to urge all employees to strengthen self-discipline, realize self-management, run the sense of honesty through all aspects of various businesses and create a good industry atmosphere.

Article 8

Strengthen the training and management of employees and improve their professional quality and professional ethics. Strengthen the education of employees' professional ethics and code of conduct, and advocate selfless dedication and self-denial. Strengthen honesty and self-discipline, resolutely oppose illegal acts such as abuse of power for personal gain, corruption and bribery, intensify anti-corruption work and improve relevant rules and regulations.

Article 10

In order to maintain the reputation of the industry, the following acts are prohibited:

1. Absorb deposits and issue loans in the name of operating P2P or related businesses; 2. Use the position of the industry to seek improper benefits; 3. Misappropriation of P2P funds for non-P2P purposes; 4, malicious competition, derogatory industry; 5. Making false or misleading propaganda;

6. Using the status of trustee to assist others to violate or violate the relevant laws, regulations and rules of the state in disguised form.

Chapter II Rights Protection Clauses

Article 11

Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of P2P industry according to law, stop and correct all kinds of behaviors that damage the legitimate rights and interests of member units, improve the business environment of P2P industry, and promote the healthy development of P2P industry.

Article 12

Follow the principle of fair competition and maintain normal market order. Seek to establish a fair and just P2P market environment and unify market rules. Achieve fair and orderly competition among all participants in the P2P business market, and safeguard the legitimate and equal business rights and interests of P2P investors.

Article 13

The scope of rights protection includes: fair market access rules and equal P2P business operation rights; It shall not damage the financial creditor's rights, property rights, intellectual property rights, reputation rights and other rights and interests of P2P companies.

Article 14

Rights protection work adheres to the principles of legal compliance, collective recognition and coordinated linkage. All member units work together to formulate and revise institutional documents on rights protection, and rely on industry forces to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the P2P industry. Strengthen exchanges and communication with all walks of life and create a harmonious social environment. In the publicity and appeal of major issues and events in the P2P industry, we should try our best to take joint actions, coordinate and cooperate, and strive for the understanding and support of the public and the media to the maximum extent.

Article 15

Establish an industry joint rights protection system and coordinate the implementation of joint disciplinary measures. All member units jointly propose and seriously implement joint disciplinary measures according to relevant laws, regulations or agreements, and inform relevant parties in a timely manner. Carry out joint investigations, prevent and punish acts that damage the rights and interests of the P2P industry, investigate and objectively judge the credit status of those who damage the rights and interests of the P2P industry, strengthen cooperation between legislation and judicial suggestions, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the P2P industry.

Article 16

In the process of implementing joint sanctions in the P2P industry, if the sanctioned person has effectively rectified the behavior that harms the rights and interests of the P2P industry and achieved practical results, the relevant sanctions may be revoked.

Article 17

The identification, declaration and sanction of acts that damage the rights and interests of P2P industry shall be carried out in accordance with the operating rules for safeguarding rights, such as declaration by member units, collective identification, peer sanctions and unified implementation.

Article 18

Establish information communication and briefing system. Through daily information exchange, special coordination meetings, high-level joint meetings and the disclosure of the association's website, we will promote the enjoyment of information.

Article 19

The P2P Work Steering Committee of China Guarantee Association is responsible for the organization, coordination and communication of P2P industry rights protection. All member units shall fulfill their obligations as stipulated in this Declaration, and cooperate and support the rights protection work carried out by P2P industry associations.

Article 20

Joint rights protection measures include:

1. Internal notification: According to the negotiation results, internal notification will be issued to member units for acts that damage the rights and interests of P2P industry. 2. Warning notice: If the rights and interests of the P2P industry are not effectively safeguarded, a warning notice may be issued to the responsible person who damages the rights and interests of the P2P industry.

3. Implement peer-to-peer sanctions: Peer-to-peer sanctions should be implemented for those who fail to fulfill relevant obligations and damage the rights and interests of the P2P industry. After receiving the decision to implement peer sanctions, all member units shall implement it in a timely manner.

4. Public exposure or complaint: among those responsible for peer sanctions that damage the rights and interests of the P2P industry, if the circumstances are serious and the nature is bad, they can be publicly disclosed through the media, or they can report and complain to the government and relevant judicial departments. 5. Vigorously carry out professional ethics and service awareness education, strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization, integrate the style of "strictness, standardization, prudence, honesty and innovation" into various services, strive to improve the professional quality of employees, and carry forward the professional spirit of being loyal to their duties, abiding by credit, being fair and honest, civilized and enthusiastic, modest and courteous, patient and thoughtful, paying attention to efficiency and keeping secrets.

Article 25

Strictly control the quality of service, and require employees to handle various businesses according to the requirements of service quality and standardized operating procedures, so as to be fast and accurate and minimize the error rate. Put an end to illegal operation, and report internal illegal behavior to superior leaders or relevant departments in time.

Article 26

Require employees to maintain civilized and standardized behavior and use polite and friendly working language. Use civilized language, advocate speaking Mandarin, and flexibly use service language according to regional customs and customer characteristics.

Article 27
