Article 12 of the Regulations on the Management of Residential Property stipulates that if the construction area for sale reaches more than 50%, or the first house has been delivered for 2 years, an industry committee shall be established. It can be put forward in writing by the owner or the construction unit. If you are not established now, the previous property contract was signed with the developer. Unless the developer does not renew the property at the expiration of the contract, it cannot be demolished. If you are not satisfied with the property service, you can complain to the property management office where the property is located and order the property to be rectified. If it is really necessary to recall, it is better to set up an owners' committee.
