Steps before and after the second renovation of property and tenants

1) Because all kinds of properties or sites are generally renovated for the second time, the data shown in the original air duct diagram is very likely to be different from the reality, so site investigation is needed before entering the site for construction.

2) After the on-site inspection, our company will negotiate with Party A in time and make the preliminary construction schedule, and notify the personnel in the building according to the tentative schedule of both parties. After receiving the response from the museum owner, we will formally formulate the final construction plan and timetable.

3) During the construction period, Party A shall coordinate the management personnel to send people to stay.

4) In order to avoid affecting the working conditions of the staff in the building, the construction on weekdays should be arranged from 7: 00 pm to 5: 00 am, and the cleaning work should be completed as soon as possible, so that the left-behind personnel do not need to stay for too long.

5) Before construction, understand the working site environment, formulate a strict construction plan, establish various systems of site management, and implement the positions and responsibilities of each group of engineers.

6) Check each unit on site, start the unit, and observe whether there is any abnormality in the operation of the unit. If you find any abnormality, you should communicate with Party A as soon as possible and take appropriate protective measures.

7) Cover the ground with a large piece of plastic cloth on the transportation route designated by Party A, and cover the ground with brocade cloth to avoid damaging or polluting the ground on the construction site during transportation.

8) Before construction, the project supervisor/project manager will first enter the tenant's office area for inspection and take photos before cleaning. If valuables (cash, digital cameras, mobile phones, laptops, etc. ), shall notify the site management personnel, and inventory items, to the site security temporary custody.

9) Then the construction personnel shall take protective measures for the work area, and the ground shall be protected with plastic tape and white cloth. Furniture, computers, photocopiers and fax machines are all covered with white cotton cloth/thin blankets.

10) Shut down the system before starting work, and hang warning signs on the main switch. Check the power cord around the air duct and mark it. Don't touch it by mistake.

13) Seal the air outlets in the construction area with special adhesive tape, and check whether the air tightness of each air outlet meets the standards.
