1. Project design company: Hong Kong Bama Dana International Company and Guangzhou Design Institute. The total construction area of the office building is103,000 square meters, the total height of the main body is 195 meters, with 45 floors in total and the standard height is 4.05 meters. The fifth to forty-fifth floors are offices, and each floor has a construction area of about 2270 square meters. The fourth, nineteenth and thirty-third floors are refuge floors.

2. The first floor entrance elevator lobby is located on the east side of the office building, next to the planning road on the east side, and the first and second floors are connected with Tianhe City underground parking lot, providing about 900 parking spaces.
