3. Take recordings, text messages, WeChat records, witnesses and other evidence. If none of the above evidence is available, try to collect other evidence. If the lessor admits that the lessee has paid the deposit, the lessee can collect evidence through recording, WeChat or SMS negotiation during the negotiation. Although this kind of evidence is not as effective as the first two kinds of evidence, it can reduce the possibility that the lessor does not admit to receiving the deposit.
