Green building score calculation method: Q = (Q0+Q1+Q2+Q3+Q4+Q5+QA)/10.

Where q is the total score; Q0 is the basic score of control items; when all the requirements of control items are met, 400 points will be taken and assessed as the basic level; Q 1-Q5 is the score of five indicators in the evaluation index system: safety and durability, health and comfort, convenient living, resource saving and livable environment.
